The novel is very difficult to read because it is ultra violent from this point on. I can’t really compare it with another novel in this genre. ML after a series of events takes revenge on several people. Wei Wei is one that meets some very violent revenge after her scheming destroys the happiness ML and FL finally reaches. I recommend the novel unless you are triggered by sexual violence because it is extreme.

It has been a while since I read the novel. I’ll stick to the major parts. ML and FL will be back together and have a happy time. ML describes it as the highest point of his life. They are happy to learn she is pregnant. Cheng Wei Wei introduced a few chapters ago will scheme to get ML. She makes FL believe that ML is her brother. FL goes to have a DNA test and the results come back positive. Of course Wei Wei falsified the results. FL is devastated and decides to have an abortion. She doesn’t tell ML and he comes home from a business trip to learn that she aborted and she says she doesn’t love him. She doesn’t tell him that they are brother and sister to spare him. ML violently rapes her and because she just had an abortion, she is bleeding dangerously. He throws the divorce agreement at her and tells her to get out. As she leaves, she starts to lose conscious but is grabbed. It is a plot by ML’s ex and others. ML sees the abduction and follows. There is a confrontation where FL suffers a head injury. She is taken away. Flash foward a few years, ML has tried to find her for revenge.
FL was taken away by those that care about her. She can’t remember anything of her previous life. Chen Bin was a police officer from a wealthy family that becomes her fiance. Before they become engaged, she is in another country with a new life, happy. One day on the street, ML sees her from his car. He grabs her violently and her friend intervenes. ML doesn’t want to believe she can’t remember him but can see she is terrified like looking at a stranger. After trying to grab her to torture her during a few more encounters, her friend finally tells ML why she aborted their child. ML is devastated and investigates. He discovered what Cheng Wei Wei and her family did. This is the VERY DISTURBING part. ML has Wei Wei taken to a house where she is repeatedly gang raped by several men until she becomes pregnant. Once she is pregnant, she is carefully guarded so she can’t abort the child. He makes her reach the same point of pregnancy as FL was with their child and allows her to have an abortion – without any anesthesia. Going back to FL ML manages to break up her engagement with 2nd ML. He slowly starts to win her back. His ex is in the background and tries to cause problems. In a plot, she finally ends up committing suicide by jumping off a building. Her goal was to take FL with her. A sad moment is when she tells her son with ML’s brother that she only had him to keep ML around because she knew he would take responsibilty. She hated being a nanny to him. Great mother, right? After all this, more family power struggles as some family does not ML to be with FL because she supposedly can’t have children after what ML did to her. They arrange another woman named Linda. she tries to break them up but ends up being schemed by ML’s brother and sleeping with him. This part goes on for a long time with a lot of family power plotting. In the end, ML and FL end up together and they end up having children.
It was one of those novels I had to put down and come back to in a few places. As hideous as Wei Wei was, the parts about her held captive in the house with the men and her abortion was very, very disturbing.
I started that one and had to set it aside. I was reading this, Sweet Mistaken Love, There Is No End To Love AND Pure Girl (Aotian that f*cker ML!!!) around the same time. I had to take a break from them because the MLs were horrible.
I just saw these comments and I have to say that it doesn’t surprise me whatsoever that the author dropped this shitty manga. After reading the spoilers which I was going to try to read, I just can believe the novel was so violently written especially towards how they depict all females. In the real world , alto, women have to continually fight for equality in everyday life to have equal rights, gain respect, and in general constantly wanting be be viewed as equal to men, which sorry to say, we are not, at least when it comes to strength, but our minds we can equal to men, No matter how abusive a lover & husband can be, their is just No way we are stupid enough to continue loving that crazy monster who violently rapes, bullies, cheats, abused like that is usually caused by criminals, drunks, Major evil doers, but even in rich society the law is the law, you can’t buy your way out of crimes, etc….. You all know what I mean. Women are just looked down & seen as a thin, tool, toy, No respect amongst the Asian culture. That is just a fact & everything thing is all about rich statues, only nobles have rights bullshit. All Novels lead to the same plot, that sorry ass FL falls head over heels in love with her abuser and is always forgiving, all water under the bridge and brothers and sister all sleep with each other and only men are rich with all the power in the world, greater the the President and pope to do as they please, We love to read dramas that is a fact but this shit like society written stories just love to make the readers feel like we are stupid as hell, no brains to figure out key points. Well Goodbye crap novels.
Have to disagree. The world is changing and so are people. Some people with psychological problems really choose to be in toxic relationship like WILLINGLY. These people are not strong willed and are often quite the loner. They’ll rather be in a toxic relationship than choose to look at the bright side. Such people do exist. At the same time good people also exist and so do good romantic stories. There are many Japanese and Korean stories where mutual love is shown and how they try to overcome obstacles as one. In real life majority couples would simply break up or choose to resolve their problems. I haven’t read a lot of Chinese novels. Just a few with good plot where [email protected] and abuse didn’t happen and the couples are very understanding. You may try these Chinese stories to feel good (if you haven’t) : His 10,000 Romantic traps, Fall for you dote on you, Trial marriage husband, Stay with the CEO, A chance to cherish, Trap of hormones, Star crossed lovers, The naive Mr Lu etc. I feel these stories are more close to reality than the abusive ones.
This is not acquainted with reality at all. If a person has psychological problems they aren’t choosing to be in an abusive relationship. ‘Not choosing to look at the bright side’ is merely a phrase that’s used to keep the abuser from being ‘forced’ to accept responsibility for their actions and just passes the responsibility onto the victim. Most people do not escape abusive/toxic relationships, at least not right away, which is what this story is about. Finally Fall for You Dote On You is a story about a toxic relationship with a [email protected] who refuses to ever apologize to the FL for it.
How does something involuntary equate to being ‘s*****’? So if I push you until you lose your balance and you fall it’s your fault right? It’s weird how people think that hatred is involuntary while love isn’t even though both are simply emotions on opposite sides of the same coin. And ironically you don’t even realize that it is exactly this kind of victim blaming sentiment that keeps driving these kinds of novels. After all any one with brains should be able to figure out that fiction is written by real people whose experiences they can’t help but let them influence their writing. Bbb.
